The Buffalo News values strong ties with the community. By giving tours of our facility, we hope to provide a positive experience that will foster an interest in the role a newspaper plays in the community as well as an appreciation for the newspaper production process. We also hope to make students aware of the many career opportunities a newspaper has to offer.

Here are our guidelines:

  • Tours are given Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
  • No more than 45 children at a time (the group gets broken down into smaller groups of no more than 15).
  • Children must be in grade 3 or older.
  • One adult per 15 children must be in attendance.

If you are interested in touring The Buffalo News, you must make a reservation. To reserve your spot, contact The Buffalo News in Education at 849-6143 or nie@buffnews.com. Click here for more information.
