What is PIRC? Parental Information and Resource Center. EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) operates PIRC centers in Buffalo to provide direct services to parents in the form of workshops and training to improve parenting and parental involvement. PIRC collaborates with state and local educational personnel to promote and advance parental involvement to help close the achievement gap.
