What is PIRC? PIRC is the Parental Information and Resource Center. EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) operates PIRC Centers in Buffalo and surrounding areas to provide direct services to parents in the form of workshops and training to improve parenting and parental involvement. PIRC collaborates with state and local educational personnel to promote and advance parental involvement to help close the achievement gap.
